In addition to the many personal donations from people all around the country, Milkwood has also received kind contributions from these thoughtful companies, generous foundations and supportive government agencies:

As a teacher at Amundsen High School (a Chicago Public School), Eric has been awarded four grants from the Oppenheimer Family Foundation. Eric and Milkwood Foundation have assisted students in recording and editing an oral history project with neighborhood senior citizens, an oral history of old-fashioned remedies, a radio documentary reacting to Mayor Daley saying "high school is boring," and the web project you can see and hear at our teens page. (You can hear samples of the other projects throughout this web site, too.) Pictured with Eric is Ted Oppenheimer, President of the Foundation.
